Feoffment with warranty from John Wildegrise of Coventr', merchant, to John Saunders of Coventr', capper, and Laurence Clerk, of Stonley, yeoman, of all his lands, tenements and other hereditaments in Stonley which he formerly jointly held with John Baker and Richard Bowiar, chaplains, now deceased, by gift and feoffment of Thomas Stretton', esq. [no. 988]; to be held of the chief lord of that fee. Appointment of Roger Griswold, gent., as his attorney to deliver seisin. Witnesses: Richard Dey of Stonley, Robert Andreux of the same, William Cooke of the same, John Stanley of the same, John Mulso and many others.
