Description

Quitclaim with warranty from William son of Henry Sterre of Tutteburi being of full age to Joylinus de Stivechale of all his right in a virgate of land with appurtenances and all lands, tenements and rents which the said Joylinus held in the vill and fields of Stivechale by gift of the said Henry Sterre,father of William, and of Rose, mother of William, according to their charter of feoffment; to hold the same for ever of the chief lord of the fee; and for this the said Joylinus gives 2 marks. Witnesses: Geoffrey de Wyteleye, Adam de Okes of the same, Hugh de Stivechale of Sowe, Peter Hervy of the same, Richard le Harpur of the same, Walter Abbot of the same, Adam Russel of Coventr', John le Heyr of Stivechale, Richard le Wodeward of the same and others.
