Description

Gift with warranty from Joylinus de Stivechale to William le Westerne of Stivechale and Susanna his wife of an acre of arable land in Stivechale; namely, half an acre upon le Whyte between the land which Richard de Barwe once held and the land which Ralph de Stretton' held; and the other half acre on le Parcfurlong between the land which Henry le Callemakere once held and the land which Geoffrey son of Roger Pistor once held; to hold the same to the said William and Susanna and their heirs for ever of the chief lord of the fee; and for this the said William and Susanna give 20 shillings. Witnesses: Master Robert Pykerel, William le Parker of Coventr', Adam Russel of the same, Geoffrey de Whytele, Ranulph son of Hugh de Stivechale, John le Heyr of the same, Thomas de Barwe of the same and others. Dated at Stivechale, Monday on the eve Christmas, 25 Edward I Tag, seal lost.
