Gift with warranty from Ranulph de Stivichal' to Sir Geoffrey de Lang' of his meadow with appurtenances next to the bridge of Bathekinton' on the east side in the land of Stivichal'; to hold of the said Ranulph, rendering annually one rose at the feast of St. John the Baptist; and for this the said Geoffrey gives 30 shillings.
