Bargain and sale from Sir Christopher Hatton, knight, Vice Treasurer, and one of the Queen's Privy Councillors to Bartholomew Tate of Whitley in the city of Coventr', esq., of the cemetery and church hall (le Churchehall) of Stichehall with a garden adjoining, parcel of the late priory of Coventr', and all tithes greater and lesser pertaining to the hamlet of Stichehall in the parish of Holy Trinity, Coventr'; also a tithe barn and barn yard in Stichehall in the occupation of William Neale and Dorothy his wife, as granted to him, Sir Christopher, by the Queen by letters patent of the previous day's date; to hold the said lands to the said Bartholomew of the Queen as of her manor of East Grenewich [East Greenwich], co.
