Description

Gift with warranty from Roger le Heyr' of Styvechale to Dom William Pykerel of Styvechale, chaplain, of a messuage with adjacent curtilage and 1 1/2 acres of arable land in Styvechale; which messuage and curtilage lie between the land of the Lord Bishop of Coventry and Lich' and the land of Sir William de Careswell'; and half an acre lies upon Ruyecroft' between the land of the parson of the church of Southam and the land of John Huwet; half an acre in le Wodecouwesslade between the land of Thomas le Baylyf' and the land once belonging to Geoffrey de Whiteleye; and half an acre at Akestreford' between the land of the parson of the church of Bathekynton' and the land of Thomas le Baylyf'; to hold the same for ever of the chief lord of the fee.
