Gift with warranty from Oliver Burdet of Kynges Hulle to William de Stokton' of the same, and Alice his wife, of one plot of land in Kyngeshulle extending in length from the highway to le Brookfeld of Hulle and in breadth between the land which formerly belonged to Ralph Bragge and the land of the aforesaid William de Stokton'; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee; and the said William may make a fence between the said land and the land which the said Ralph held. Witnesses: John Spensere, Roger Stocke, John Julian and others. Dated at Kyngeshulle, Wednesday next after the feast of the Epiphany, 13 Richard II. Seal on tag: circular, white; defaced.
