Description

Assignment from William Eales of Bilton, yeoman, son of John Eales, late of Bilton, yeoman, deceased, and administrator of his father's will, at the request of Thomas Boughton of Bilton, esq., son and heir of Thomas Boughton, late of Bilton, esq., deceased, to Anne, wife of Humphrey Hale of Stivichall, gent., and John Paine of Stivichall, husbandman, and servant of the said Humphrey and Anne, reciting nos. 861, 860 and 863 (which last was an indenture of assignment to John Eales to hold in trust for the said Thomas Boughton, deceased) for 5 shillings paid to the said William by the said Anne and John, of the residue of a term of 98 years 11 months in property in Stivichall described in the said recited indentures.
