Description

Lease with counterpart from John Ferrers of Tamworthe, esq., son and heir of Humphrey Ferrers, knight, deceased, to William Neyll of Stichall, surgeon, of the manor of Stichall with appurtenances in Bagington and Alspaith; to hold the same from Michaelmas last for a term of 21 years, rendering annually £15. 2s. 9d. (2 terms); and the said William to maintain the said property during the said term at his own expense; and he is to be allowed 18 shillings out of the yearly rent as a fee; and he is to pay all chief rents due from the said property and to furnish a man for war, whenever such service shall be demanded of the said John.
