Description

Gift with warranty from Philip, son of Hugh le Rede of Stivichale to Richard, son of Roger de Stivichale of Caneleye, of four selions and two buttes of arable land in Caneleye, of which three selions lie in Daddeleiefeld on le Medueforlong' (two of the latter between the land of Isolda de la Cloude and the land of the said Richard and the other between the land of the said Isolda and the land of Richard de Daddeleye and the fourth in le Middulforlong' between the land of Richard de Daddeleye and the land of the said Richard son of Roger; and the two buttes lie in le Homfeld between the land of Roger le Heyr and the land of the said Richard son of Roger; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: William Blundel, Richard de Daddeleye, Nicholas Melin, Henry Hally, Richard de Lalleford, Roger le Heyr, William de la Cloud and others.
