Lease from Arthur Gregorye of Stichall, alias Stivechall, esq. to Robert Hopton of Combe, gent., for 20 pounds,of a messuage with the houses, barns, stables, gardens, orchards, etc. belonging to the same in Stychall and also a quarterne of a yard land of arable and meadow land, and four tofts or crofts, closes and pastures adjoining or belonging to the said premises; all of which property lies in Stychall and is now in the tenure of Isabell Harte, widow; to hold the same from the death of the said Isabell for a term of 21 years, rendering suit of court and 20s. 2d. annually (4 terms); and the said Robert to maintain the property at his own expense, except for the provision of great timber, which the said Arthur will provide. 13 April, 28 Elizabeth Signed: Robert Hopton' Seal on tag; circular, red.
