Lease and release, the release being a mortgage, from Isaac Hale of Stivichall, gent., son and heir of Humphrey Hale, late of Stivichall, gent., deceased, and Margaret, wife of the said Isaac, to Katherine Gregory of Stivichall, widow, of a messuage with garden, orchard, croft and one yard land belonging to it, a cottage with garden and croft, a messuage with garden, croft and six selions, and a cottage with orchard and backside, all of which are in Stivichall, and in the several occupations of Isaac Hale, John Keeling, Anthony Smith, William Ansell, Anne Wirley and ----- Sturbridge, to secure 400 pounds.
