Description

Lease from John Gregory of Stivechall, alias Stichall, gent. to Elizabeth Gregory of the same, his sister, of a messuage with garden, orchard and close in Stivechall and a yard land in the common fields of Stivechall, now in the tenure of Edward Garrett, husbandman; also a messuage, with a garden, orchard and two closes belonging to it in Stivechall and three quarternes of a yard land in the common fields of Stivechall, in the tenure of Thomas Smyth, husbandman; to hold the same from the feast of the Annunciation last, for life, rendering annually 4 pounds (2 terms); and the said Elizabeth is to maintain the said property at her own expense.
