Description

Grant from Francis Gregory of Stivichall Hall, esq., to Arthur Francis Gregory of Stivichall Hall, esq., eldest son and heir apparent of the said Francis Gregory, for 10 shillings, of an annuity of 400 pounds issuing out of a capital messuage with its appurtenances in Stivichall now occupied by the said Francis Gregory, several closes in Stivichall also in his occupation and situated in Stivichall, and several messuages and farms in Stivichall in the occupations of Avis Packwood, James Weston, Thomas Newbold, Joseph Jordan, Joseph Burbidge, John Turner and Widow Mullis; which closes and farms in all contain five hundred acres and all which property is of the yearly value of 1300 pounds; to hold the said annuity for life.
