Description

Gift with warranty from Henry Aleyn of Kinggeshulle to Benigna his daughter of all that tenement which Simon Richoude of Berkeswell' formerly held of him in the town of Kynggeshull' and in the fields of the same, namely one messuage with curtilage adjacent between the land of the Abbot of Stanley and the land of John son of Henr', and with three half acres of arable land in the territory of Hull' of which one lies in Stanilond' between the land of Alan de Hull' and the land of Richard Fordwene, another lies in Le Brokfeld, between the land of the said Abbot and the land of Philip de Hull' and the third lies in Le Wodefeld between the land of the said Abbot and the land of Thomas son of Nicholas de Hull'; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: Sir William, perpetual Vicar of Stonley, Robert Baudewene of Stonl', Alexander de Crulefeld', John son of Henr' de Hull', Geoffrey de Ballescote of the same and others.
