Description

Lease from Loveisgod Gregory of Stichall, esq., to Thomas Arnold of Stichall, yeoman, of a messuage near Stichall, in the parish of Stonely with two closes adjoining thereto, and also one yardland in the common fields of Stichall (reserving all oak, ash and elm trees growing on the same) now in the occupation of the said Thomas; to hold the same for 21 years, rendering annually £10. 5s. 0d.; and the said Thomas agrees to pay all dues levied upon the said premises, and not to cut down any trees without licence from the said Loveisgod; and should the common fields of Stichall be enclosed at any time during the said term, then the said lease to be void.
