Description
Probate of the will (dated 21 March 1758) of Humphrey Curtis, Oxhill, labourer. To wife Mary: all personal estate except oak bedstead and furnishing. House and garden for life. To daughter Betty Hemmings, wife of Richard, Oxhill: oak bedstead as excepted and £7.10s. To son Humphrey: house and garden after death of mother. To daughter Mary, wife of James Hancock: £7.10s.0d. Wife to be sole executrix. Witnesses: Thomas Harbidge, John Ward, Mary Harbidge.
