Deed Poll by Elizabeth Banwell, Watlington, Oxon., acknowledging receipt from executors of legacy of farming stock, implements, crops, etc. on farm at Watlington, Oxon., in the occupation of testator by lease from Thomas Shaen Carter under the will (dated 15 April 1854) of her brother Thomas Palmer, Harbury, gent., who died 8 March 1855.
