Quitclaim with warranty from Thomas, son of Thomas de Finham, deceased, to John le Armurer' of Coventr' of a yearly rent of 2 pence which he received annually from John Russel of Coventr' for a certain acre of arable land which the said John held of him in the field of Finham and which lies between the land of the grantee and land of Robert Mon. Witnesses: John de Finham, John Harry de Hulle, Leodegar de Hulle, William de Haldenby, Bailiff of Coventr', Richard de Sancto Jacobo and others. Dated at Coventr', Saturday next after the feast of the Decollation of St. John, 7 Edward II. Seal missing, fragment of tag only. Endorsed: i) Relaxatio de ii supd; [AG] ii) redditus de ii supd; aliened etc. and note extinguished for y supt; Armurer is nowe tenant in fee both of the land and the rent [AG]
