To sons John and Giles: messuage, malthouse, close and commons in Moreton for life, Giles living therein, then To Isaac, son of John and John son of Giles and their heirs. To daughter Elizabeth Mealinge, wife of Richard, Moreton, victualler: annuity of £4 for life : half wearing apparel To great granddaughter Mary Burrows (daughter of Mary Burrows née Mealinge): £5 annuity until 15 : ½ wearing apparel To granddaughter Mary Burrows, wife of Thomas: £5. To daughter Sarah Gardner, wife of William: £10. To grandson William Gardner : £10. To granddaughter Martha Poole, daughter of John: £5. To granddaughter Martha Poole, daughter of Giles: £5.
