Description

Gift from Alexander de Crulefeld to Richard his son for his service of a certain messuage and one half virgate of land with appurtenances in Hulle within the Manor of Stonle which he lately granted to the Abbot of Stonl' for a term of twelve years; to hold the same, with all its appurtenances, including reliefs, heriots and escheats, of the chief lord of the fee; and for this the said Richard grants full maintenance in food and clothing for the said Alexander for the rest of his life. Witnesses: Sir William Vicar of Stonleya, Geoffrey de Crulefeld, Henry Brond, Henry de Crulefeld in Stonl', Henry de Finham, John son of Simon of the same, Alexander Clerk of Bathekintone, Simon de Hulle, Elias son of Alexander of the same and others.
