Gift with warranty from William son of Philip Jones of Kyngeshull' to William de Braundon' of the same of one messuage with appurtenances in Kyngeshull' with a curtilage adjacent and one half virgate of arable land in the fields of Kyngeshull' with meadows, headlands and other appurtenances; which messuage lies in the town of Kyngeshull' between the tenement of the said William son of Philip Jones and the tenement of Henry Sever; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee.
