Pebworth and Broad Marston, a will of William Roberts

Copy will of William Roberts of Long Marston shopkeeper bequeathing to his wife Mary Roberts a messuage with garden in Long Marston, adjacent to the land of John Tomes, and three acres of arable land in Pebworth, for life with remainder to his son William Roberts on the condition that within twelve months of her decease the said William Roberts will pay £40 to his brother John Roberts; also to his wife Mary for life a messuage, garden and half a workshop in Long Marston in the tenure of Thomas Gibbs carpenter, and a messuage and garden in Long Marston in the tenure of Richard Castle, with remainder to his son John Roberts; also to his wife Mary for life a messuage, garden and other half of his workshop in Long Marston in his possession adjoining the messuage granted to his son William, and a messuage, barn, orchard and garden in Pebworth in the tenure of Jonathan Kilby, with remainder to his daughter Esther Roberts. Arrangements for disposal of moveable goods and appointment of Mary Roberts as executrix.
