Description

Gift with warranty from John de Balscote of Kyngeshulle to Margery, wife of John son of Richard son of John de Kyngeshull' of a messuage and a moiety of a virgate of land with meadows, pastures, and other its appurtenances in Kyngeshull'; which messuage, etc. the grantor had by the gift of the said John son of Richard son of John; to hold the same for life of the chief lord of the fee, with reversion to the right heirs of the said John son of Richard son of John and Margery his wife for ever. Witnesses: Thomas de Fynham, Philip Jones, Alexander de Shireford', John de Braundon, Richard Malyne and others. Dated at Kyngeshull', Sunday in the feast of the Holy Trinity, 18 Edward III.
