Description

Gift with warranty from Roger Sussan of Kingeshulle to Philip son of John le Wodeward' of Hulle of four acres of arable land in the fields of Kingeshulle; namely two acres in Le Brokfelt of which one half acre lies on Le Linche next the land of the Abbot and Convent of Stonl', one half acre on Le Middelforlong next the land of Richard Johannes, one half acre called Le Gorebrod, next the land of the said Philip and one half acre of land `atte melde Welle' with the headland next the land of Richard Fordwyn; one acre in Le Wodefelt of which one half acre lies on le Otforlong' next the land of the said Philip and the other half on Le Banlond' next the land of Margery de Balesscot: and one acre in le Lutlefelt, of which one half acre stretches to Finhams lade and lies next the land of the Abbot and Convent of Stonle and the other half acre on Le Rowe, next the land formerly of Richard Nich'; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee, rendering annually to the Abbot and Convent of Stonle 3 pence at the times usual in the Manor of Stonl'.
