Quitclaim with warranty from Geoffrey Stoktone of Kynggeshulle, son of William Stoktone and Alice his wife, to John Stokton', his brother, of all his right in one toft and croft and half virgate of land with meadows, hedges and appurtenances in the town of Hulle which formerly belonged to Henry Leger and which William father of the grantor, granted to him and his heirs for ever just as he purchased them from the said Henry Leger. Dated at Stonleye, 1 December, 1 Henry IV. Seal on tag: circular, red. On a shield a lion rampant surrounded by motto illegible.
