Description

Bond from John Maynerd of St Albans, co Herts., gent., to Thomas Gregorye of Coventr', gent., in 40 marks, the condition of the bond being that the said John should make an estate in fee simple to the said Thomas of a tenement with garden in Sponstrete in the city of Coventre, now leased to William Norton, and of another tenement in Smythford Strete in the same city now in the tenure of the said Thomas, being part of the possessions of the late priory of Couventre, before the feast of St Martin's next.
