Description

Articles of agreement between Rowland Heathly of Coventry, brickmaker, and Humphrey Perrott of Bellhall, co. Worcester, whereby the said Rowland is to dig sufficient clay on the land of the said Humphrey before 1st March next to make 40,000 bricks or tiles which he undertakes to dress, burn and deliver by 1st August. Cost of the bricks to be 6 shillings per thousand. With a memorandum that if any difference arises over this transaction it is to be decided by the witnesses Loveisgod Gregory, esq. of Stivichall and Richard Nicolls of Coventry Signature of Humphrey Perrott and mark of Rowland Heathly.
