Lease with warranty from Robert Esyngwald (the general attorney of Lady Joan Ferrers of Groby, William de Ferrers her son, and the other `compaignons fermers' of two parts of the lands and tenements late of Sir Henry de Ferrers, lord of Groby), to Roger de Galmanton' of Leycestr', cordwainer, by the view of Richard Wynfeld and John Pyk, of all the brome growing on Griscliff, Rowcliff and Bakston' cliff in the waste of Charnewode, with the right to cut and carry the same, for a term of 2 years, paying to the said Lady Joan in name of dower and to the said farmers 4 marks.
