Counterpart of lease, indented, from Olifer Lyghtteffoott, master of the Gild of the Holy Cross etc. of Straford upon Aven, with the assent of William Phellippes, Thomas Taylour, Adrian Quyny, Phillip Kyngges, Richard Lord. Richard Bromeley, Matthew Edwarddes and Richard Cooper, aldermen, and Richard Hunt alias Walkar and Cristofor Wallford, proctors of the said Gild, to John Barboure and Margaret his wife, of two tenements, a horse mill and a garden in Straford, one of the tenements lying in Cornestrett between a tenement of Henry Such of Newebold and a tenement of John Suche of Brodewey, the other tenement and the mill lying together in Swynestret between the end of a tenement of John Such and a garden of the said John Barbour, and the garden lying in Dedelane alias Walkarstrett between a garden of Henry Munkyn and a garden of the heirs of John Margarees, for 30 years at an annual rent of 26s.8d Dated in the Gildhall, 13 March, 12 Hen.VIII Endorsed in a later hand: Ryc.
