1. The Bailiff and Burgesses of the Borough of Stratford-upon-Avon 2. Mary Burnell of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow, and Ralphe Burnell of Stratford-upon-Avon, son of Mary for 31 years of all that messuage or tenement with backside and appurtenances in Ely Street or Swine Street as the same is now appointed to be divided, now in the occupation of 2 or one of them. And also all those two cottages or tenements with appurtenances in Chapel Lane, now in the several tenures of one John Tarbar and Hughe [Hugh] ap Johans together with free liberty egress and regress for them their assigns and undertenants to draw fetch take and carry away water out of and from the well now being in the backside of one messuage or tenement in Chapel Street now or late in the tenure of one George Shakleton Seal and seal tag missing from lease; seal and seal tag on counterpart mutilated
