Right-hand indenture of a fine, levied Easter Term, 26 Charles II, between Francis Gramer, gent., and William Gibson, gent., plaintiffs, and Loveisgod Gregory, esq., deforciant, of the manors of Kingshill, Helynhull and Stevinghall, alias Stivechall, and four messuages, three mills, one dovecot, four gardens, four orchards, two hundred acres of land, twenty acres of meadow, forty acres of pasture, forty acres of wood, two hundred acres of heath, 100 shillings rent, fishing rights with view of frankpledge in Kingshill, Helynhull, Stevinghall, Brincklowe, Fletchamsted, Meriden, Alspath, Allesley, Finham, Stoneley, Corley, Canley, Sherborne and Sow, together with the advowson of the church of Corley.

The said Loveisgod recognized the said property to be the right of the said Francis and William as by his gift; and for this they give 40 pounds.
