Description

Lease with warranty from John son of Richard son of John de Kyngeshull' to Thomas son of Gilbert de Fynham, of one messuage with its appurtenances and one acre and a half of arable land with appurtenances in Kyngeshull'; which messuage lies between the tenement of Roger le Person formerly Le Legers and the tenement of Thomas de Thorndon'; and half an acre of land called Le Botteschern lies in le Brokfeld' between the land of the Abbot and Convent of Stonleye and the land of Thomas de Thorndon', half an acre called le Morfurlong lies in le Wodefeld' between the land late belonging to Roger de Fynham and the land which John de Braundon' holds, and half an acre lies on le Puriefurlong' between the land of Philip son of John and the land of Richard Malynes; to hold the same for life, rendering annually, after the death of Margery wife of the said Thomas, 2 shillings and a heriot on the death of the said Thomas.
