Description

Licence of alienation granted by Queen Elizabeth to Thomas Gregorye, in consideration of 16 shillings paid into the Chancery by him, to alienate his grange and messuage called Hellynghull Graunge with appurtenances in Kyngeshill in the parish of Stoneley, formerly parcel of the possession of the former Monastery of Stoneley, and in the tenure of the said Thomas Gregorye, to William Phynes and Arthur Gregorye; to hold the same of the Queen by all incidents of tenure reserved to the Crown.
