1. The Bailiff and Burgesses of the Borough of Stratford-upon-Avon 2. William Chandler of Stratford-upon-Avon, gentleman for 61 years of all that barn and garden with appurtenances in Ely Street or Swine Street, now or late in the tenure or occupation of 2 or his assigns, a parcel of which premises is called the 'Backeyates' [?Backgates]. Between the inheritance of 2 on the one side; the dwellinghouse of one Thomas Knight on the other side; and abutting partly on the land of one Arthur Brayden and partly on the land of one Arthur Walker at the one end thereof.
