1. The Bailiff and Burgesses of the Borough of Stratford-upon-Avon 2. William Linedon of Stratford-upon-Avon, yeoman for 47 years of all that barn and garden with appurtenances in Ely Street or Swine Street, late in the tenure or occupation of William Chaundler or his assigns, and a parcel of which premises is called the 'Backyeate' [?Backgate]. Between the inheritance of Roberte [Robert] Les ?esys on the one side; and the dwellinghouse of one Thomas Knight on the other side; and abutting partly on the land of Arthure [Arthur] Broyden and partly on the land of Thomas Walker at the one end thereof.
