Thomas Smith of Stratford-upon-Avon, ironmonger for 61 years of all that messuage or tenement with appurtenances in Ely Street, in the tenure of Edward Rogers. Between the tenement of Mr ffrauncis [Francis] Ainges on the east side and a barn in the tenure of Mr John Woolmer on the west side. And also all that barn garden and backside in Ely Street, in the tenure of Edward Rogers. Between a tenement in the tenure of John Wheeler on the east side and a tenement in the tenure of Robert Whittle on the west.
