Quitclaim with warranty from Felicia late wife of Robert Mainard, widow, to Sir Nicholas son of Nicholas de Withibroc of all her right in, and service and homage from, the land which Godfrey held of her in the vill of Stretton', namely one virgate with appurtenances; to hold of Sir Thomas de Wapingbur' even as the said Felicia did by the same service of 4 pence payable at the feast of All Souls; for which the said Nicholas gives 20 shillings.
