Description

Lease and release, the release a conveyance from William Jesson of Rhodly Temple, co. Leics., esq., son and heir of Sir William Jesson, late of Newhouse in Coventry, knight, deceased, to Stephen Norris of Coventry, perukmaker, and Anne his wife, for 36 pounds, of a cottage, barn, garden and backside in Stivechall now in the occupation of Bennett Welton; to hold the same for ever of the chief lord of the fee.
