Lease with warranty from Geoffrey Segrave of Skaldeforde to John Stedman of Segrave and Margaret his wife of a toft called Chase Thynge in Segrafe, with its lands and meadows, etc.; to hold for life, paying annually 2 pence on the feast of St. John the Baptist and rendering to the chief lord the customary services; and on the death of the said John and Margaret the said toft shall revert to the said Geoffrey.
