Case for the plaintiffs in a suit between the inhabitants and parishioners of Stichall and the Mayor, aldermen and justices of the city of Coventry, concerning the right of the inhabitants of Stichall to collect rates and levies in the depopulated hamlets of Asthull and Horwell within the parish of Stichall, the justices of Coventry having refused to sign any levies made by the inhabitants of Stichall, unless Asthull and Horwell, which they claim belong to the parish of St. Michael, Coventry, are exempted.
