Gift with warranty from William Grene of Asfordeby to Robert Gregory and John Gregory his son of Asfordeby of three selions of arable in the west field of Asfordeby, of which one selion contains one and a quarter roods and lies on Elrestubbe next land of the said Robert on the west and land of William Barkar on the east; and the other two selions, containing two and a half roods of land, lie north of Depdale, next land of the said Robert and land of the bishop of Lincoln; with a further gift of a plot of meadow of one virgate, twenty feet in width, lying in le Estyng next the field of the said Robert; to hold to the said Robert and John of the chief lord of the fee.
