Correspondence - Gregory Family

Description

Letter, dated at Stivichall, from Arthur Gregory to John Inge, informing him that his estate in Stivichall is what Arthur had in mind as a security for Mr. Birch. It is worth 800 pounds per annum and has been in his family's possession since 16 Elizabeth. Arthur offers to send a copy of his father's will under which he enjoys it, and says that, if Mr. Birch has the money ready, he will pay the interest from `the present time'. Endorsed: John Inge, Esq., Brooke St., Hanover Square, London. Traces of a seal applied.
