Detached leaf of an ?answer to a bill of complaint concerning Samuel ------'s demand for his own and other portions, which he claimed as the administrator of Alice, Prudence and Mary his sisters and Edmund his brother, under an agreement made in 1609 (54 years since) between Sir George Kevett and Joan their mother, for which a statute of 2000 pounds was acknowledged for the securing 100 pounds apiece to the plaintiff and his brothers, and 120 pounds apiece to his sisters.
