An inventory headed `Thes ben the parcelles folowing of thapparell whyche belongeth to Elizabeth Swyllyngton' and witholden frome hyr by her son William Essex''. Subdivided into `gurdilles, floures [i.e. ornaments] beides, premers and bookes, cappes and frontlyttes, gownes and kurtilles'.

Endorsed with an extract from a will specifying lands and tenements to be `disposed by Elizabeth wif to Rauff Swillyngton' x yeres after her deth' and lands `to be maid over to Rauff Swillyngton terme of his liff'.
