Conveyance by lease and release from Thomas Greswold of Solihull, yeoman, and John Taylor of Bakers Lane in Knowle, gentleman, to Edward Ferrers of Baddesley Clinton, esq., of several allotments (specified) forming part of Baddesley Green, an area of 40 acres common waste land, which Edward Ferrers, John Taylor and Thomas Greswold, as sole proprietors of land within the parish of Baddesley Clinton, have agreed to enclose.
