Description
Grant from Mary Martha Bowdon (wife of John Bruno Bowdon of Southgate House, esq., and formerly Mary Martha Ferrers, eldest daughter of Edward Ferrers) to her son, Henry Bowdon, of a legacy of £1000, bequeathed to her by her father (no. DR 422/29) and settled on her by her marriage settlement of 20 February 1812; to hold the same, but without prejudice to the life interest of the said Mary Martha Bowdon.
