Memorandum of Agreement between Thomas Southam Burman, Stratford-upon-Avon, surgeon, apothecary and accoucheur and William Louis Le Sage, late of Wickford, Essex, surgeon, apothecary and accoucheur, for the purchase for £500 of the former's practice at No. 5 Wood Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, with covenant by Thomas Southam Burman not to practice within 10 miles of Stratford-upon-Avon for 20 years without the consent of Le Sage, or to pay £400 p.a. for so doing.
