Description

Deed to declare the uses of a fine between Edward Welchman and Mary his wife (sister and heiress of John Roberts, son and heir of John Roberts, late of Whitnash) George Devereux, Anne Ladkins of Upper Boddington, co. Northants., widow, Richard Smyth of Helmedon, co. Northants., yeoman, and Catherine his wife, Walgrave Fremantle of Morton Pinkney, co. Northants., and Thomas Ladkins of the same, shepherd, of property in Whitnash (specified) Baches Farm in Tanworth and two of six shares in property (specified) in Priors Marston; namely that the property in Whitnash shall be to the use of Edward Welchman for life, then to the use of Mary Welchman, and then to their heirs; that the property in Tanworth shall be to the use of Edward Welchman and his heirs; and the property in Priors Marston shall be to the use of Thomas Ladkins and his heirs.
