Demise from Gregory Canninge of Welford-on-Avon, yeoman, to Richard Myllard of the same, husbandman, of a messuage in Welford in the occupation of the said Richard Myllard and of his father, Walter Myllard, to hold for 1000 years at a peppercorn rent. Photocopy of an original in private hands.
